We are constantly developing and are always on the lookout for smart, unobtrusive design solutions to make our guests' stay even more diverse and uncomplicated.
Start the day with our balanced breakfast buffet. Mondays to Fridays between 6:30 am and 10 am and on weekends and public holidays from 7 am to 10:30 am. Children up to 5 years of age have breakfast with us free of charge. External guests are very welcome.
For a day trip, the return trip or for a picnic, we put together delicious packed lunches. In our packed lunch you will find sandwiches, a chocolate bar, fruit and a drink.
The cosy seating groups attract like-minded people looking for conversation in a relaxed atmosphere. Speciality coffees, beer, wine, cocktails and soft drinks are served.
Our snack and drink vending machine in the lounge is available 24 hours a day with savoury and sweet snacks and refreshing drinks for in between.
Treat yourself to a small snack, lunch or a full day's catering during creative thinking breaks. For the coffee break, we invite you to enjoy freshly baked cakes and fragrant coffee specialities.
You can connect to our free Wi-Fi in all areas of our hotel at any time.
Our reception is staffed from 6 am to 10:30 am. As a special service, we are offering 24-hour self-check-in since April! At our self-check-in machine, you can conveniently book free rooms around the clock with your credit card. If you have already made a fixed booking, you can arrive around the clock thanks to the booking number.
Of course, your four-legged friend can join us. You can book him for only 15 € per day. Please understand that your dog is not allowed in the breakfast area.
If you want to sleep in late, we recommend our late check-out service for only 25 €, which means you don't have to check out until 2 pm.
Security is a top priority for us. You can safely store your suitcases and bags in our luggage room before check-in or after check-out. Lockers are available for your valuables.
Our technically well-equipped seminar rooms offer a relaxed working atmosphere.
The special features of the havenhostel include the two roof terraces
with a view of the Alte Land or the old town.
We are pleased that you want to discover Stade in a climate-friendly way. You can store your bike safely and dryly in our two lockable bike rooms. Charging facilities for e-bikes are available.
You want to rent a bike or an e-bike? We will be happy to help you at the reception.
Those who prefer to walk or take the bus can park their car safely and free of charge in our car park with direct access to the building. Charging points for e-cars are available.
We are certified as a barrier-free hotel and put great importance on ensuring that the areas of our hotel are barrier-free for guests with physical disabilities.
A stairless entrance, a lift from the ground floor to the staggered floor and a floor-level shower in our rooms are a matter of course for us.
