Location: The residential complex is close to the city centre in the Geestemünde district of Bremerhaven. The city centre, the university, the main railway station and the Alfred Wegener Institute are nearby.

The flats have 1-3 bedrooms with single beds and sofa bed (for the 5 or 6 person).
The keys are handed over at the havenhostel Bremerhaven. The flat inspection takes place on site. The deposit per flat of € 300 cannot be paid out in cash! The deposit will only be refunded by bank transfer.
Cleaning prices: The final cleaning for regular soiling is charged at 75€. Should a special cleaning be necessary, a surcharge of 25,- € per hour will be made. It is also possible to arrange an intermediate cleaning during the stay. This will be charged with 25,- € per hour.
