Conditions of participation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The organiser of the competition is the havenhostel Cuxhaven<\/strong>Kapit\u00e4n-Alexander-Stra\u00dfe 16, 27472 Cuxhaven. This competition is in no way connected to Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is there to win?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We raffle 10 exclusive VIP tickets for HAPAGS ROCKT! 2025<\/em><\/strong> - the music highlight on 26 & 27 December 2025 in Cuxhaven<\/strong>. Each VIP ticket has a Value of approx. 140 \u20ac<\/strong> and includes admission for both days of the event, drinks and catering included<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ticket is\u00a0only in conjunction with a booked and paid overnight stay at the havenhostel Cuxhaven <\/strong>awarded. A separate redemption without an overnight stay is not possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participation period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition starts on 5 November 2025<\/strong> and ends on 9 December 2025, 11:59 pm<\/strong>.
Participation after this deadline will no longer be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to take part<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Book an overnight stay at the havenhostel Cuxhaven<\/strong> in the period up to 27 December 2025<\/strong>. www.havenhostel.de<\/a> or 04721\/66700<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Follow our Instagram\/Facebook account @havenhostelcuxhaven<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Send us an e-mail gewinnspiel@havenhostel.de<\/a> with your booking number <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Prize draw<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The winner(s) will be chosen from all valid entries.in\u00a0by random draw<\/strong>\u00a0determined.
    The draw will take place on\u00a010 December 2025<\/strong>\u00a0will take place. The winners<\/em>The winners will be notified by direct message.
    If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, we reserve the right to reallocate the prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


    Eligibility to participate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    All persons from\u00a018 years<\/strong>\u00a0with residence in\u00a0Germany<\/strong>. Employees of havenhostel Cuxhaven and their relatives are excluded from participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Data protection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The personal data collected as part of the competition (e.g. user name, contact details) will only be used to organise the competition and will then be deleted.

    Liability & exclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Cash payment of the prize is not possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Legal recourse is excluded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The VIP ticket will be only in conjunction with a booked and paid overnight stay at the havenhostel Cuxhaven<\/strong> awarded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Should technical faults affect participation, the organiser accepts no liability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • We reserve the right to terminate or adjust the competition prematurely for important reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        The data will not be passed on to third parties and will only be processed internally. All personal data will be deleted after the competition has ended and the prizes have been handed over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
