The social media competition

The social media competition will be organised by havenhostel Deutschland GmbH exclusively on the Instagram channel of havenhostel Bremerhaven in the period 09.06.25 to 22.06.25/ 23:59. The draw will take place on 23/06/25.

Participation is only possible via the Instagram page of havenhostel Bremerhaven. It is voluntary and free of charge. Participants only have to pay the costs associated with participation via the internet (internet connection usage fee).

In the event of a breach of the conditions of participation, havenhostel Deutschland GmbH may exclude the participant from the competition and subsequently withdraw and reclaim prizes.

Participation

Participation takes place by liking the post & by following the havenhostel Bremerhaven page & the Lake Night Party on Instagram and tagging people in a comment under the competition post. The condition for actual participation in the competition is that the participant follows the page on which he or she participates in the competition and the organiser of the party. Comments/links under a shared post cannot be taken into account - only comments under the original competition post count as participation in the competition. In addition, the respective Instagram page must be followed for the entire duration of the competition and at the time of the draw, otherwise the participation cannot be considered.

Natural persons resident in the Federal Republic of Germany who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. havenhostel Deutschland GmbH reserves the right to request proof of age.

Only one entry per person is permitted and only the first comment will be taken into account. Participation via competition services, automated mass participation procedures of third parties or other manipulations are not permitted.

Two tickets for the Lake Night Party in Wehdel will be raffled off among all participants. There is no legal claim and the prize cannot be paid out in cash. These are hard tickets.

The winner will be notified by direct message.

The winner must confirm the prize by sending a message on Instagram within two working days, otherwise the claim to the prize will expire and a new winner will be drawn.

Prices

The total value of the prize is 30.00 euros. The prize is two tickets for the Lake Night Party in Wehdel.

Data protection

The sole organiser of the social media competition is havenhostel Deutschland GmbH, Dillinger Straße 3, 27578 Bremerhaven.

As part of the competition, only the social media profile names in connection with the comments will be used for the draw. In the event of a win, additional information will be required, such as the full name, address and date of birth, as participants must live in the Federal Republic of Germany and be at least 18 years old. However, this data will only be used for the purposes of the competition and will then be deleted.

Liability

havenhostel Deutschland GmbH is only liable for damages in cases of intent and gross negligence on the part of the competition organiser. Essential contractual obligations are those that make the realisation of the competition possible in the first place and on which the participant could and did rely. In the event of only slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to compensation for damages typical of the contract and foreseeable at the time of use of the website. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages culpably caused by the organiser arising from injury to life, limb or health or to liability under the Product Liability Act.

Miscellaneous

havenhostel Deutschland GmbH reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time for good cause, while safeguarding the legal interests of the participant.

The competition is not connected to Instagram.

Legal recourse is excluded.
